Founder & CEO
U Thein Lwin is the Founder and CEO of Value Growth Consulting Ltd. He has over 37 years of professional experience in accounting, finance, banking, audit, and IT areas, performing in different management roles across various industries, including government organizations, hotels, construction, trading and distribution, hydropower, telecommunications, banking, and software development. He obtained his B.Com in 1983 and CPA in 1986. He is also a holder of the Professional Accountant in Public Practice certificate. Additionally, he achieved the Financial Modelling and Valuation Analyst (FMVA) Certificate awarded by CFI, the Corporate Finance Institute. Prior to establishing Value Growth Consulting Ltd., he spent over 7 years as CFO, Dy.CEO, and CEO in different management roles at United Amara Bank, one of the leading banks in Myanmar from 2010 to 2017. He also worked in a Group of Companies, a conglomerate business, for over 7 years as the Group Finance Director, where he set up the accounting and finance systems. Before joining the Group of Companies, he worked at one of the five-star hotels in Myanmar for about 12 years as a Financial Controller, managed by New World Management Ltd. (Hong Kong), Marriott International Ltd. (USA), and Dusit Thani Hotel Group (Thailand) from 1996 to 2008. He also worked at a leading software development company as a system analyst programmer and lecturer for computerized accounting for approximately 3 years from 1994 to 1996. He also spent over 3 years as a practicing auditor from 1994 to 1996 and gained 1 year of audit experience at the Auditor General's Office in 1987. Additionally, he worked for Myanma Electric Power Enterprise, a government organization, as a Finance Officer for about 7 years from 1987 to 1994.

May Su Mon is a highly skilled Project Manager with a Master of Commerce degree (M.Com) from the Yangon University of Economics, ACCA Part-2 Candidate and over 7 years of experience in implementing QNE Business Solutions software projects at Value Growth Consulting Ltd. She specializes in ensuring seamless integration and adoption across various industries. Her expertise includes project planning, stakeholder communication, and team leadership. She has a solid track record of delivering projects on time, enhancing clients' financial reporting and operational efficiency, and providing excellent customer service. Her approach emphasizes clear requirement gathering, defined project scope, and comprehensive client training and support, driving high satisfaction and successful outcomes.

Hay Thi Lwin (Hazel) is a dedicated Project Coordinator with a Diploma in Banking and Finance from the Singapore Institute of Management (SIM), a Bachelor of Science in Banking and Finance (Honour) from the University of London (UOL), and a Master of Science in Applied Finance from the Singapore Management University (SMU). With a strong background in finance and project management, Hazel specializes in coordinating the implementation of QNE Business Solutions software. Her expertise includes project planning and team collaboration. Hazel excels in assisting Project Managers by managing project timelines, ensuring seamless integration and adoption of software solutions, and providing comprehensive training and support to clients, resulting in successful project outcomes and high client satisfaction.
Technical Coordinator
Khant Phone Lwin (Kevin) is a proficient Technical Coordinator with a Diploma in IT and Finance from the Singapore Institute of Management (SIM) and currently in his final year of a Bachelor of Computer Science at the University of London (UOL). With a strong foundation in computer science and technical project support, Kevin specializes in coordinating the technical aspects of QNE Business Solutions software implementation. His expertise includes software installation, technical planning, and troubleshooting. Kevin excels in assisting Project Managers by managing technical timelines, ensuring seamless software integration, and providing comprehensive technical support to clients, contributing to successful project outcomes and high client satisfaction. Additionally, Kevin is the in-charge of KPL Cinematics, where he provides videography and photography services.
